'Allowed access to project output' draft guidance note

A DATA Scheme project’s data sharing agreement may allow the project’s accredited user to provide other parties access to the project output in certain circumstances. A draft guidance note  ‘Allowed access to project output’ has been prepared and is now open for public consultation until 12pm Monday 16 December 2024.

Consultation on the Exposure Draft Data Availability and Transparency (Consequential Amendments) Transitional Rules (Transitional Entity) Amendment Rule 2023 was open from 27 October 2023 to 13 November 2023.
